Subject Templates for Census Dates / add/drop subjects dates

Policy:

All coursework courses available to commonwealth supported students

This policy should be read in conjunction with the Enrolment and Course Planning1 policies.

The principles governing the policy:

All subjects should have common enrolment 'action' dates for students governing their subject enrolment and changes.

The number of enrolment 'action' dates in a teaching period should be minimised by combining processes whenever:

  1. permitted under compliance obligations;
  2. academically justifiable; and
  3. feasible.

If an action date takes place on a weekend or teaching takes place outside ordinary working hours, students should be able to initiate and/or their request on-line (e.g. independent of office hours).
