This includes a range of opportunities including vacation work, co-operative placements; industry based learning, cadetships, internships, traineeships, industry scholarships. Structured workplace learning should be paid unless it is part of an assessable course.
Please note that this category also includes Industry Scholarships. These are financial grants provided by government, industry and private organisations, which are usually based on academic merit. Often work experience with the sponsor organisation can be part of the scholarship.
