International employers
The University of Melbourne is a truly international university with over 11,000 international students from all over the world enrolled in our courses, out of a total student population of over 45,000. It is a great place to source talented and enthusiastic graduates for your company or organisation.
According to the Times Higher Education Supplement, 2007 World University Rankings, Melbourne was ranked in the top 10 in the world and top in Australia for the employability of its graduates. "The University of Melbourne emerges by some distance as Asia's favorite institution with recruiters". (The Times Higher Education Supplement, November 9, 2007)
International employment is available to students who are returning home to work or seeking work in other countries outside Australia, and Australian students interested in obtaining employment overseas.
