About us
Creative Data Solutions is a data management services company specialising in the timely and efficient collection and management of survey data.

We are a Melbourne based company with extensive experience in survey design, data management and delivery. We provide a paper-based data collection solution to clients from a range of industries and offer a specialised data management service, providing data management and collection, design and printing, mail management, scanning and data entry services.

Creative Data Solutions supplies access to data collection services and systems, which provide complete solutions for our customers’ complex, critical information and image processing needs. This may include any combination of technologies from manual key data entry to automated scanning systems and key-from-image (KFI) systems. With specialist project management in the area of scannable forms, Creative Data Solutions and its experience in forms imaging and data collection has carried it into major commercial, government, health and educational markets.

Our company continues to explore and apply increasingly sophisticated technologies to meet the needs of our customers to achieve key organisational objectives.
The type of work you will be involved in
Creative Data Solutions offers services to assist in every phase of data collection projects - from instrument design and development through to data delivery and reporting. We develop project plans in collaboration with clients to provide accurate information - our staff make it happen.

Employment with us will involve work in one or more of the following areas:
  • Materials procurement - assisting with questionnaire, letter and envelope design and printing
  • Outbound mail management - personalisation, folding, mail insertion and lodgement arrangements
  • Inbound mail management - returns receipt, opening envelopes, logging and reporting to clients on response rates
  • Data processing - including manual data entry and automated high speed data capture via scanning
  • Assistance with data cleaning, merging, QA checking and delivery
  • Co-ordination of the various aspects of survey projects
