Organisational profiles
Careers & Employment is eager to both aid your recruitment and selection process and foster your relationships with our students.
We can all agree that the Graduate recruitment process is a competitive and challenging cycle for students, employers and various stakeholders alike. Moving forward there is a strong need to make information on graduate program offerings easily accessible, clear and concise.
With this in mind, we are creating organisational profile pages. These profiles pages will:
- be fully integrated with Careers Online to maximise exposure - over 20,000 current students and recent graduates log on to Careers Online per year
- allow your organisation to have a permanent year round online presence on our system for students to view
- increase awareness of your current recruitment campaign and display all current vacancies as well as your on-campus activities, from information sessions to attendance at Careers Fairs
- assist our students with their research into your company based on the disciplines you recruit
- provide you with the unique opportunity to summarise your own website’s careers information in a format that students have asked for
- help you develop your employer brand
- provide the perfect medium to communicate both the emotive and tangible benefits of working for your organisation to our students in a succinct and effective way.
- enable you to upload photos and feature up to six graduates working for your company
Cost
The cost of the profile is $150 per annum (incl. GST)
(Free if you book into our graduate careers fair before 31 December 2009)

Completing your organisational profile
- Log on to Careers Online
- Click on the Create and submit profile link in the top left hand section of your home page
- Profiles last for one calendar year from date of approval.
- Remember to also submit any current vacancies you have as these are automatically displayed on your profile
N.B. People requesting tutors and other private household work and also employers who recruit part-time / casual staff only are not eligible to take out a profile and will not be able to view this link.
