Job interviews
An employment interview is usually an integral part of the selection process regardless of which other selection techniques are used. Job interviews are a logical and natural step in the process of an employer learning more about you and you about them.
Some employers make a selection decision based on one interview whilst others may require you to attend a series of interviews. Some employers will adopt an informal approach to the interview whilst others will be quite formal.
