Careers Counselling in the Science Student Centre
A Careers Consultant is now available Tuesday mornings to meet with students one-on-one to discuss matters concerning career direction, job seeking and further study options.
Half hour appointments from 9:30 – 11:30 are bookable through the Science Student Centre.
Appointments at Careers & Employment are available at other times. Book in person on the 1st floor, Baldwin Spencer Building or call 8344 0100.
KickStart Your Career Science
This three session program is open to all Science students.
The program will help you explore career development and pathways, and engage with industry.

26 August (1 – 2pm)
How to investigate and plan your CareerThis session will provide an overview of the program and address areas such as resources for investigating career options; further study; job searching techniques and information about where Science graduates are working.

Science Employer Panel
A selection of employers will present on opportunities within their organisations for Science graduates and provide advice on career planning. There will be Q&A at the end of session and the chance to meet with the Employers.

Hear from a selection of Science Alumni and find out about their career stories, where they are working, what they do and most importantly how they got there.
Open to all science students, the program helps you explore career development and pathways, engage with industry and gain practical skills for employment.
