Children's Services Management Team

The Children's Services Management Team (CSMT) has been established to facilitate the communication between the staff of both Children's Centres.

The CSMT comprises of:

The Executive comprises the Manager and Centre Directors. There is the possibility to invite a speaker from a specific area of expertise.

This committee meets fortnightly to plan, discuss and review the centre programs, policies and staffing.
