Quality Management

University Strategic Plan:

To achieve continuous quality improvement in the academic and executive management and administration of the University.

Disability Related Issues:

Integrating the Disability Action Plan into University Processes

The success of this Disability Action Plan hinges significantly on the ability of the University to integrate its objectives into a variety of operations. The management of disability issues is the responsibility of all departments. If the Action Plan is not effectively integrated into the planning of all departments there is a strong likelihood that the Plan will not meet all of its objectives.

Disability Liaison Unit Management Processes

The Disability Liaison Unit has the primary responsibility for meeting the needs of students with disabilities. There is scope to improve feedback mechanisms between the University and students through Disability Liaison Unit management systems.
