Working with the DLU
The Disability Liaison Unit is the primary reference point for people with disabilities
undertaking study at the University of Melbourne. As the impact of a disability can manifest
across a range of University operations, the DLU has a role in liaising with a broad spectrum
of University staff and services. The DLU works with academic and professional staff to assist
them in understanding and meeting the needs of students with disabilities, whilst considering
the individual nature of subjects and programs.
