Roger manages the Student Financial Aid unit, and oversees the Student Counter Services.
Roger, as the senior Student Adviser, provides financial assistance and advice to all students, and oversees the daily operations of the unit.
Special responsibilities: Complex Centrelink (Austudy & Youth Allowance) issues.
Roger is currently Chair of the Student Financial Advisers Network (a special interest group of the Australian & New Zealand Student Services Association).

Ben provides financial assistance and advice to all students.
Special responsibilities: General and Graduate grants, Centrelink issues, Tax Help volunteer co-ordinator.
Ben usually works at the Parkville campus, but operates the service at the Victorian College of the Arts Melbourne Southbank campus on Monday mornings from 9am-1.30pm.
