Any student may lodge a grievance about academic or administrative issues. Details of how to do this are provided in this website.
All staff members may lodge a grievance at the University. Details of how to do this are provided in the Human Resources website.
Members of the public who have concerns about a decision made by an officer of the University which they believe has had an adverse impact on them should write in the first instance to the Vice-Chancellor. Students, staff and members of the public may make a whistleblower complaint under the Whistleblowers Protection Act 2001. Details of how to do this are provided in the Human Resources website.
