Searchers must meet the AccomNet Terms and Conditions for Searchers set by the University in order to use AccomNet to search for housing vacancies. An advertisement listing carries no statement of endorsement from the University of Melbourne.

Advertisers

Advertiser login webpage.

Advertisers must meet the AccomNet Terms and Conditions for Advertisers set by the University in order for their property to be advertised on the AccomNet database. The University of Melbourne reserves the right to refuse or withdraw an advertisement at any time due to a failure to meet the AccomNet Terms and Conditions.

Free Landlord Workshops

You may find it helpful to attend a free Landlord Workshop, offered by Consumer Affairs Victoria.
Sessions are run at various times of the year and cover:

- Communicating with tenants
- Renting the right way
- How to deal with issues as they happen
- Fire alarms and safety issues (presented by Metropolitan Fire Brigade)
- Answering your questions
- What Consumer Affairs Victoria can do to help you
