Important considerations may include living close to:

• specific food outlets.

Carlton and Parkville are within short walking distance of the University. Many students, academic staff and professionals live in the area.

Cafés, restaurants, cinemas and grocery stores are located in Carlton and students often stroll to Lygon Street for a coffee between lectures.
