Overseas Pre-depature Briefings

Information sessions are held in some overseas countries prior to each semester.

These 'pre-departure briefings' are organised by International Student Services (ISS). The aim is to prepare you and your parents for your move to Melbourne.

Many topics are covered during the briefing. Below are just a few:

• Arrival Services;
• Housing options;
• Cost of living;
• What to bring and not to bring;
• Orientation;
• Student services;
• Enrolment and study.

Attending the briefings also allows you to meet other new students before you even arrive in Melbourne.
