On Arrival Services for Interstate and International Students (OASIIS)
Students travelling to study at a regional and rural campus in the State of Victoria should use V/Line, the State of Victoria’s regional rail and coach services, to travel to their campus. Contact V/Line or visit their website below for more information on the Transport Network throughout the State of Victoria, timetables and fares. If you are planning to stay in Melbourne before travelling to your campus, you can apply for Arrival Services. Visit the On Arrival Services page for more information or apply now via OASIIS.
Obtaining Your Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) Card
Once you have a permanent address, you must visit the OSHC WorldCare website: www.oshcworldcare.com.au, then update your contact details online, and request the membership card to be sent to your address. For more information regarding OSHC, please visit the Overseas Student Health Cover page.
