Claims Submission Procedures

Treatment and Medicine Payments

Hospital bills are normally sent direct to health funds for payment. However, arrangements for payment of treatment expenses will vary between OSHC providers. You should contact your OSHC provider for further information.

In general, you will need to pay for medicines at the time of purchase and seek reimbursement from your OSHC provider for a percentage of the cost. Reimbursement amounts can vary across OSHC providers.
