"SALP changed my life! It gave me the confidence to go out and make a difference, knowing that there was a team of people to support me and give advice along the way. The program does not open doors for you; it gives you the confidence to find the doors and open them yourself." Kristen Berean, Student Ambassador 1999

"The SALPers that I have worked with have shown enthusiasm, forward thinking, friendliness and a professional attitude to the tasks required of them. They are an asset to the University." Bianca Charleston, International Student Services

"To date, I have found all SALP volunteers to be excellent and reliable contributors to St. Vincent's Hospital. They have contributed to holistic patient care and demonstrated a great appreciation of social responsibility." Anne Franzi-Ford, St. Vincent's Hospital Melbourne
