To claim Uni Service hours for work on an approved project OR to donate your book voucher to a community organisation, in exchange for Uni Service hours.
Community Organisation OHS form (57KB | PDF file)
To update the Occupational Health and Safety details of the community organisation.
Community Engagement completion report (62KB | PDF file)
To be submitted once Community Engagement has been completed.
ALG Project Proposal (42KB | PDF file)
To be submitted to determine whether or not your project is approved by the SALP Coordinator.
