Advertising Volunteer Opportunities
Community organisations and University faculties and departments can advertise volunteer opportunities on Volunteers Online.

- Approval of vacancies submitted normally approved to go live within two working days
- Approved volunteer opportunities viewable by all students of the University of Melbourne
How to advertise on Volunteers Online
To advertise a volunteer opportunity on Volunteers Online, you will need to register as an 'employer' and advertise the volunteer opportunity via the University's official employment and volunteer search facility Careers Online.
Voluntary positions will only be advertised on Volunteers Online if they:
- are unpaid
- take place in a not-for-profit organisation
- generally provide a service to the community
- are undertaken in designated positions (ie. is not replacing paid workers)
