The Melbourne Scholarships Office may be required by law or permitted to disclose scholarship recipients' information in the following instances:

Informing Centrelink of the recipient's enrolment details and any scholarship or similar payment when requested by Centrelink
Releasing the name of the recipient of a prize, scholarship or similar award to an official student sponsor or scholarship provider.
