Peace Scholarships 2009 - 2011
For students interested in undertaking a 2-year Master of Conflict Resolution Scholarship.
The Rotary Foundation has collaborated with leading universities worldwide in establishing seven Rotary Centres for International Studies. Each year 10 new Rotary World Peace Scholars will be selected; to study at each Centre, in a two-year master's-level degree program in international relations, peace, and conflict resolution.
The Rotary Centres program is intended for individuals who have chosen a career in international relations, peace and conflict resolution and who already have experience in these areas. For example, individuals active in journalism, civil service, non-governmental organisations, diplomacy, mediation work and the military may be strong candidates.
