Changes Affecting Your Scholarship
If you make a change to your enrolment, you must apply for your scholarship to reflect the change. Each application is considered individully, taking into account your particular scholarship Terms & Conditions, your year of offer, any academic progress issues and faculty advice. Please note that submitting an application form is not a guarantee of approval. Also, this application relates only to your scholarship. You must inform your faculty separately about making changes to your course enrolment.
Enrolment Changes that Affect your Scholarship
- Leave of Absence
- Return from Leave of Absence
- Transfer to a new course
(including to an Honours degree) - Enrolment in a Concurrent Diploma
- Enrolment Overload
- Enrolment in a Summer Subject
- Part-time Enrolment
Going on Exchange?
As long as you are enrolled full-time ie.37.5 points per semester and continue to meet the eligibility criteria of your scholarship, you will continue to receive your scholarship and you do not need to notify the Scholarships Office.
How to Apply
Step 1 - Read the Terms and Conditions for your scholarship
You should read the conditions of your scholarship very carefully, and before you make a change to your enrolment, find out what impact the change will have on your eligibility to retain your scholarship.
Step 2 - Submit an Application Form

1. Gain the approval of the Faculty Scholarships Officer from the faculty which offered you the scholarship then |
Step 3 - Outcome
You will be notified by email of the outcome of your application.
