If you have a problem or query with a particular venue, the following groups will come in handy:

Building Supervisors

Amongst many other duties, Building Supervisors are responsible for opening and closing venues during working hours, as well as overseeing the day to day maintenance of venues around campus.
The local building supervisor should be your first port of call if you are having trouble accessing a venue, or if there is some sort of problem with the location.
