Departmental Contact Timetable Alterations

Requests for alterations to the Timetable should only be made by Departmental Timetable Contacts.

When an alteration to a class is requested, could you please ensure that you include the following information (where relevant):

  • Name of Subject
  • Subject code (if the booking is for an event that is not directly related to a subject with a subject code, it should be made through the Venue Hirings office)
  • If the request is an addition, an alteration or a cancellation.
  • Time of class
  • Location of class
  • Activity Code
  • Action to be taken

Departmental Timetable Contacts Only: Request an alteration to the Timetable

Venue Hiring Bookings

If your booking is for something other than a class, you should make your booking request through the Venue Hirings Office by filling out the relevant online form. There is no cost associated with the bulk of bookings.
