Syllabus Plus Features
Syllabus Plus is purpose built for ensuring that the particular requirements of a class or booking
are met by venue specifications. It gives the user the ability to select a suitable location that is available at any given time by taking some or all of the following parameters into consideration:
- Venue Availability
- Venue Size
- Venue Type (Lecture Theatre, Tutorial Room, Meeting Room etc)
- Venue Building
- Venue Precinct on Campus
- Audio Visual Requirements
- Specialist Requirements
- Specific Department Access to Venue
- Staff Member Availability
- Student Set Clashes
Syllabus Plus Access and Training
Whether it is for making ad-hoc bookings in spaces in your area, checking when a particular venue might be free, or even finding out more about how your department's classes are scheduled, you may wish to gain access to the Syllabus Plus system. The Management and Training in the usage of the program is provided by the Timetable Office.
