Bookings & Timetable Alterations

Teaching Staff Alterations to the Timetable

In order for alterations to be made to the timetable, teaching staff should approach their Departmental Timetable Contact. It is important that this individual is contacted as soon as you are aware that changes need to be made to a class, in order to arrive at the best possible outcome to times and/or locations of classes.

After Student Course Planning has started (usually in October) departmental changes to subject timetables for the following year are subject to restrictions.
Please refer to the Academic Timetabling Responsibilities and the Timetable Construction Timeline for more information on this.

Subject Bookings

If you would like to request an extra venue booking for a class, you should do so through your Departmental Timetable Contact. The booking will then be forwarded to the office for processing. Be sure to include the subject code with the booking subject.

Venue Hiring Bookings

If your booking is for something other than a class, you should make your booking request through the Venue Hirings Office by filling out the relevant online form. There is no cost associated with the bulk of bookings.
