Withdrawing

If you wish to withdraw from the Program at any point after you have enrolled, it is essential that you notify the University of Melbourne Extension Program as soon as possible. To do so, please complete the form below. When you 'submit' this, your withdrawal details will automatically be emailed to the Extension Program Admissions Assistant.

It is recommended that before you make the final decision to withdraw from the Extension Program, you discuss your circumstances with your Extension Program teacher, lecturer, tutor or Year 12 Coordinator.

Note: If you withdraw from your extension studies, you are not disadvantaged if you apply to study at the University of Melbourne or any other institution in the future. Similarly, if you fail an Extension Program subject, your result will be automatically removed from the University database.
