What is the Extension Program?
Established in 1993, the University of Melbourne Extension Program gives high achieving
Year 12 students the opportunity to study a first-year university subject sequence while still at school.
Nineteen subjects are being offered in 2009. Some subjects are offered solely on campus at the University,
some solely off campus at School Centres and some are taught at a combination of both on and off campus.
The University of Melbourne Extension Program is endorsed by the Victorian Curriculum and Assessment
Authority (VCAA).
