General Information

There are many different purposes for which a University of Melbourne venue may be used. Any use of a centrally allocated venue requires a formal booking to be made. Depending upon University activities, rooms are generally available for use by all members of the university community and the general public.

The university has many different types of venues on campus, all at a very reasonable price. Locations available range from large lecture theatres to smaller meeting rooms.

Venue Hirings manage all non-teaching related bookings in centrally allocated teaching spaces on the Parkville Campus.
