Meeting Rooms

These are the spaces on campus reserved primarily for activities associated with University administration. They can also be booked by external organisations.

If you are unable to secure a booking in one of these venues, you may wish to consider using one of the many other meeting rooms located around campus, including those in the Graduate Centre.

Centrally Allocated Meeting Room Details

Jim Potter, Old Physics Building

Seats up to 30 there is a TV/Video and overhead projector and whiteboard available free of charge. Tea and coffee is available free of charge.

Conference Room 2, Old Physics Building

Seats up to 14 there is a TV/Video and overhead projector and whiteboard available free of charge. Tea and coffee is available free of charge.

Conference Room 3, Old Physics Building

Seats up to 12 there is a TV/Video and overhead projector and whiteboard available free of charge. Tea and coffee is available free of charge.

Council Chambers

The University Council Chambers are for the primary purpose of holding University Council meetings and other official University gatherings. The room is available to be booked for Faculty and other University meetings where it is deemed appropriate. The Council Chambers are able to seat 93 people.
