Internal Clients

Internal clients are those groups which book events for which any financial responsibility is borne either by a University of Melbourne faculty or department, or an affiliate of the University of Melbourne.

To determine if a booking is internal or not, one must workout who is responsible for the cost of the booking (whether or not it would attract a charge). If a University department, faculty, or University affiliate is to foot the bill (for the booking), then it is an internal booking.

All other bookings are considered to be external bookings. This includes bookings made by university staff members for clubs, societies and meetings that are not financially supported in some way by the university.
